All new athletes are required to attend FOUNDATIONS.     

The FOUNDATIONS classes will teach the "basic" weightlifting and fitness movements and allow you to move smoothly into our group classes.

 

We always try to schedule the FOUNDATIONS classes to accommodate busy lifestyles. Please contact us to discuss private sessions.
