FOUNDATIONS classes will teach the "basic" CrossFit movements and allow you to move smoothly into our group classes. Join us Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30 PM for 2 Weeks starting December 27th, 2021 *We'll accept Venmo payments as well (@cfthepitt) Just shoot us a message so we know to look out for your payment, and we'll add you to the class!
