Service Description

FOUNDATIONS classes will teach the "basic" CrossFit movements and allow you to move smoothly into our group classes. Join us for the first class on Wednesday October 1st! The first week will be Wednesday and Friday, the rest of the classes will follow a Monday, Wednesday, Friday. *We'll accept Venmo payments as well (@cfthepitt) Just shoot us a message so we know to look out for your payment, and we'll add you to the class!
